MANUEL D. MEDINA, Chief Executive Officer & Chairman
Mr. Medina founded Terremark in 1980 and has served as CEO and Chairman of the Board since that time. Through exemplary vision and a keen ability to execute business strategy, he has led Terremark's transformation into a global leader of managed infrastructure services.
Mr. Medina worked as a certified public accountant for Pricewaterhouse Coopers LLP and traveled extensively throughout South America. Through his travels and business activities over the last 25 years, Mr. Medina has developed an extensive network of business and political relationships in the US, Latin America and Europe and was appointed to the board of directors of ITFlorida by Florida Governor Jeb Bush. Mr. Medina holds a Bachelors of Science degree in Accounting from Florida Atlantic University.

JOSE SEGRERA, Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Segrera is responsible for the financial operations of the Company and its subsidiaries. His specific duties include supervision over the accounting, financial reporting, and tax functions, as well as for budgeting, financial planning and forecasting, cash management, and financial analysis.
Prior to joining Terremark, Mr. Segrera served as the interim chief financial officer of FirstCom Corporation, which later merged into AT&T Latin America, where he was responsible for all finance and accounting functions at the company's corporate headquarters. FirstCom, with operations in Colombia, Chile and Peru, was the first South American competitive local exchange carrier (CLEC) traded on the NASDAQ.
Previously, Mr. Segrera was part of the assurance practice at KPMG Peat Marwick LLP, where he managed audit and consulting engagements focusing on the firm's high technology clients in South Florida and Latin America. Mr. Segrera received his Bachelors degree in Business Administration and his Masters degree in Professional Accounting from the University of Miami.

MARVIN WHEELER, Chief Strategy Officer
Mr. Wheeler's duties focus on directing corporate initiatives and developing strategic alliances with key corporate partners in order to help Terremark maintain its position as a leading provider of cutting-edge IT solutions for enterprises and Federal government agencies. Working closely with Terremark’s Product Development, Operations and Sales teams, he directly aligns overall corporate strategies with the continued development of innovative products and services that effectively meet the evolving needs in the complex IT infrastructure market.
Before joining Terremark, Mr. Wheeler spent 24 years at BellSouth managing Data Center and WAN/LAN Operations, in addition to directing some of the largest and most critical 24/7 operations centers in the Southeastern United States. He has vast experience with key operational processes such as provisioning, maintenance, change management and network reliability.
Mr. Wheeler graduated from the University of Florida, where he earned a degree in Business Administration with a concentration in marketing.

NELSON FONSECA, Chief Operating Officer
Nelson Fonseca is responsible for the day-to-day operations across Terremark’s business units. His primary responsibilities are to drive operational efficiencies across the company and to ensure the company’s continued focus on execution excellence. Prior to be named COO, Mr. Fonseca was President of Terremark’s U.S. Public Sector Business Unit. His specific duties included the oversight of Terremark Federal Group, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Terremark Worldwide, the management of Terremark’s State and Local government initiatives and the NAP of the Capital Region campus in Culpeper, Virginia. Some of his other previous roles at Terremark included Senior Vice President of Sales for Terremark Federal Group and Vice President of Sales for Terremark Worldwide.
Prior to joining Terremark, Mr. Fonseca held various positions at both Telcordia Technologies and Nortel Networks. His responsibilities included business development, product management and systems engineering in support of both domestic and international clients.
Mr. Fonseca received his Bachelors degree in Computer Science from Barry University and his Masters degree in Business Administration from the University of Miami.

HERMAN OGGEL, President, European Business Unit Mr. Oggel is responsible for Terremark's European business in the Benelux region, Madrid, and London.
Prior to joining Terremark in 2005, Mr. Oggel was CEO of Dedigate. Mr. Oggel has managed Dedigate since 2002 and was responsible for the company's global strategy and business execution. While under Mr. Oggel's leadership, Dedigate grew from a promising start-up to a market leader in high level managed hosting services with customers in Europe and the USA.
Mr Oggel has over 35 years of experience in the IT-Industry and prior to Dedigate he held Vice President positions at BEA, Sybase and Digital Equipment. Mr Oggel holds a degree in Electronic Engineering and has concluded studies at Harvard Business School (United States) and INSEAD Fontainebleau (France).

JAMIE DOS SANTOS, President & CEO, Terremark Federal Group
Ms. Dos Santos is responsible for the planning, development, and execution of the company's federal government sales, marketing and operations strategy. She manages all aspects of Terremark's federal government relationships including the Department of Defense, Civilian Agencies and the federal systems integrators. Her previous role as Chief Marketing Officer included the development of strategic marketing initiatives and commercial sales strategies that contributed to the company's sustained growth.
Prior to joining Terremark, Ms. Dos Santos enjoyed a career of 25 years with several global companies including BellSouth, Bellcore and SAIC . Ms. Dos Santos sits on the AFCEA Intelligence Committee and serves on the AFCEA Board of Directors, as a Class Director, Class of 2011. She also sits on the Information Technology Sector Coordinating Council for the US protection of Critical Information Infrastructure. She is a top 100 executive with the Executive Leadership Council and Vice President of the South Florida AFCEA chapter. Her education comes from 8 years in the Bellcore Training Center, the University of Florida and attended Harvard Business School for Continuing Education.

BARRY FIELD, Senior Vice President, U.S. Commercial Sales Mr. Field is responsible for directing Terremark's strategy for U.S. commercial sales, including new revenue generation, customer relationship management, alliance and channels relationships.
Joining Terremark in 2007, Field previously served as Vice President, Sales for Data Return. Before joining Data Return, Field held various sales and sales management jobs in Boston and New York with IKnowledge Inc. and Wallace Computer Services.
He earned his B.S. in Marketing from Fairfield University and resides in Boca Raton, Florida with his wife and children.

ADAM SMITH, Chief Legal Officer Mr. Smith is responsible for the worldwide legal operations of the Company and its subsidiaries, and provides legal advice and counsel to senior management of the Company. His specific duties include the day to day management of the global legal affairs of the Company including the review and negotiation of agreements with the Company's customers, partners, and vendors.
Mr. Smith led the Miami Electronic Commerce & Technology law practice for Business Law Department of an international law firm, as well as focused on domestic and international corporate transactions, venture capital, and corporate securities. Prior to his work in technology and business law, Mr. Smith worked in Washington, D.C., where he was responsible for the review of the legal issues surrounding the Internet aspects of the proposed Sprint/Worldcom merger.
Mr. Smith gained his federal government experience as an intern in the Office of the Secretary of Defense, Department of State (U.S. Embassy/Santiago, Chile), Office of the Deputy Attorney General, and U.S. House of Representatives International Relations Committee. Mr. Smith has also lectured on conducting international legal research on the Internet at the University of Miami School of Law, and was a research assistant to University of Miami Law Professor A. Michael Froomkin focusing on cutting edge Internet Law issues.
Mr. Smith received his Juris Doctor from the University of Miami School of Law and his Bachelor of Arts from Tufts University. Mr. Smith is a member of the bar of the State of Florida and the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida.
